Made from mother of pearl or mother of pearl (nacre) which is an organic-inorganic material in the inner layer of the mollusc that produces pearls. There are four sizes:
- XS - Small shell stud (1.2 cm).
- S - Boxy shell stuf (2 cm).
- M - Shell-shaped with hoop (shell 2 cm, hoop 1.5 cm).
- L - Shell-shaped with stick dangle (shell 2 cm, overall length 4 cm).
Earring buds are hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free (anti-nickel).
