Lion, apparently not only an endemic animal from the African continent but also some from Asia. According to WWF sources, the world's lion population is decreasing and cannot be found anymore in the wild because this animal is included in a species vulnerable to extinction.
 
Another interesting fact is that the lion's habitat is not in the forest, but in the prairie or savanna, because they need an open area to stalk their prey.
