Shipping Policy

Below are details about our shipping mechanism. We'd also like to note that we understand the importance of data privacy when shopping online, so we ensure that we do not sell your information to a third party.

When will I get my package?

We process your orders within 1-2 business days, most of the time even we pack directly!

For local delivery, we use Anteraja or Sicepat, whilst for international, we use DHL or FedEx.

Below are the approximate times:

Indonesia-wide - 3-7 business days.

Southeast Asia - 5-9 business days.

Rest of the world - 10-14 business days (most of the time, even faster!).

How can I track my order?

Our team will send you a confirmation email along with the Tracking Number you can check 

via the website of the official shipment provider we use.

How much is the shipping fee?

 We offer complimentary free shipping for orders over

  • Rp 1.500.000 (USD 105) for Indonesia.

  • Rp 5.000.000 (USD 345) for international shipping.

​

For orders below Rp 1.500.000, delivery rates and times vary according to the city you live, as we ship from Jakarta.

Below are the details:

  • Rp 20,000 for a small box.

  • Rp 25,000 for a medium box.

  • Rp 35,000 for a large box.

However, we also apply another rate based on your location to get a better deal for you.

  • USD 17 for Southeast Asian countries.

  • USD 27 for Australia, New Zealand and the surrounding area.

  • USD 34 for the rest of the world.

 

SE.DU.DO is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

 

I still have not received my order. What should I do?

If your purchase has still not arrived by the delivery date, we suggest checking your e-mail/SMS as it is likely you need to pay customs tax and this information is sent by the shipment provider. You also have the option to turn on notifications to receive real-time delivery updates.

Can I cancel my order?

We provide a 24-hour grace period for you to cancel the order. After that, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes.
